Siyadumo Property Development and Management (Siyadumo) was established in 2015 because of the lack of black professional town planning firms in the country, Siyadumo was founded with the aim of providing innovative and unique land use and development solutions. Siyadumo diversified in 2017 adding other built environment related professionals within the firm.
At the core of the company is skills development and mentorship, which is why the company employs students who require in service training on annual basis to ensure that these students become eligible for graduation. The firm further partners with a number of other companies and professionals to ensure exposure to a variety of work.

Mr Mdaka is a Town Planner by profession and an Entrepreneur by passion who has been co-directing Siyadumo Property development for 6 years. He obtained work experience in both the public and private sector. He worked at Sisonke Development Planners in 2010 and thereafter worked for the Gauteng Department of Infrastructure in 2013 as a Construction Project Manager for schools and clinics in the Northern parts of Gauteng.
Mr. Mdaka has vast experience in land use development and project management. He is a registered professional planner with the South African Council of Planners.
Mr. Mdakane is a Town Planner by profession and an Entrepreneur with a keen interest in Development. Responsible for Technical and Administrative Operations of SiyaDumo Property Development & Management for 6 years. Mr. Mdakane has experience of working in the national sphere of
government (Department of Rural Development & Land Reform), local sphere of government (Ehlanzeni District Municipality) and in the private sector (Sisonke Development Planners).
Mr. Mdakane has vast experience in strategic planning, spatial planning, land use development and project management. He is a registered professional planner with the South African Council of Planners.
